You are ready to experience real Parisian living and have chosen carefully « your » apartment … We are delighted to welcome you very soon at Paris Classical Flats.
In order to make this experience unforgettable, we ensure a smooth organisation of your stay based on mutual commitment:
- We commit to strictly adhere to our hosting principles and to deliver on our mission.
- You accept the contractual terms & conditions, of which you can see a extract on our website and you proceed to payment on due time.
Your booking on Paris Classical Flats website or by telephone is not confirmed until:
- you accept the terms and conditions ( we both sign a contract lease agreement)
- Your card has been charged or bank wired.
Once you have booked and paid a deposit,
a contract will exist between us.
1. YOU SIGN the individual LEASE AGREEMENT.
It is written in French in order to be legally valid. Each of the 4 pages has to be dates and signed by you with the text « lu et approuvé » (read and approved). For your convenience, we provide you with the English translation of the contract.
Main elements of information in the agreement are :
- Your personal details : Name and Surname, permanent home address, Home phone ad cell phone numbers, email address, number of guests (adults & Kids)
- The address and description of the leased apartment
- Specific conditions: dates of stay, lease amount
- Genegeral conditions (see Terms & Conditions)
2. PROCEED TO PAYMENT
- If booking is done at least 90 days ahead of the first day of lease : 50% of the total rent has to be paid
- If booking is done within 90 days from the first day of lease, it is secured only after 100% of the lease amount has been paid.
PAYMENT METHODS :
You can proceed to payment at your convenience through three different methods for all expenses (rental, deposit, house-keeping charges):
1.Payment per bank transfer :Please add the €18 - Bank charges to the amount due from the countries outside of Euroland and transfer to our bank account:
VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR NAME APPEARS FIRST IN THE BANK TRANSFER REFERENCE
to help us trace the originator of the transfers.
2.Payment per Paypal :
Please confirm that you want to use this option so we send you a payment request; Please note that Paypal France charges a 3,9% fee on international payments that you will pay at check-in
3.Payment per Credit or Debit Card :
(American Express & Diners Club not accepted). In order to cover Credit Card company charges,youare asked to add an amount equivalent of 1,23 % +1,55 € to the amount due
